Ian Power is an Irish film director and screenwriter.


He began his career making critically acclaimed short films 'The Tattoo', 'Buskers', 'The Wondeful Story of Kelvin Kind' and 'Dental Breakdown'.


His feature debut is 'The Runway', a family comedy starring Demián Bichir and Kerry Condon. 'The Runway' premiered at The Galway Film Fleadh winning Best Irish Feature. From there it won numerous awards including Best European Film for Children at the ECFA Awards and Best of Fest at the Palm Springs Film Festival.

He is also an award winning Commercials Director. Previous clients include The National Lottery, BT, and Three Mobile.
